Brockley.—Valuable Building Plots. Messrs. Baker and sons will let by AUCTION, at the "Breakspear Arms," Brockley, on WEDNESDAY next, 25th day of October, 1882, at Six for Seven o'clock in the evening precisely, by direction of the Land Development Association Limited, 49 plots of valuable BUILDING LAND, being the first portion of the Bridge-hoase Estate, most eligibly situate in Ivy-lane and Brockley-road, between Brockley and St. John's, and within five minutes of Brockley Station of London and Brighton Railway, and within a few minutes of three other railway stations, all giving access to the City in 10 or 15 minutes. The lots offered will include 17 shop plots, fronting on the high road, the remainder being especially adapted for villas, for which there is a large and growing demand in this locality. Each plot will be offered for a term of 80 years, and the ground rent may be extinguished by payments extending aver 10 years. Advances will also be made to builders, if desired, on houses in course of erection.
