I am hoping I have got the order of this one correct. The Lost Pubs Project says the pub was situated on the Pier Road it was originally known as the "Britannia" it later changed name to "Spatz" then the "Strand" and lastly was called the "Bar" just before it finally closed. However, at some point, I believe starting at about 1995, it also went under the name of "Expression," then "Bar Intermission" before finally closing down.
