The "New Inn" closed in July 2019, and opened again in August 2019 but under temporary management. However, things must have certainly been planned as after a significant refurbishment it opened again under a completely new name of the "Goodwin," on 16th October 2020 not to be confused for the other "Goodwins" on the pier in 2008. Let's hope Covid doesn't hold them back for too long.
