Built at the same time as the railway in 1865, this opened originally as a hotel, and changed name to the "Bickley Arms" by 1892.

George Field, landlord of the “Bickley Arms” beerhouse, near the Chislehurst railway station, was fined 20s., and 9s. costs, for having his house open for the sale of beer before one o’clock in the day, on the 20th May.
