I am not sure if this one actually refers to the "Ship Inn" addressed at 375 High Street or not. If it does then the High Street has been renumbered and probably the order reversed.

Messrs. VIGERS WILL SELL by AUCTION, at the “Crown Hotel,” Rochester, Tuesday, June I2th, at Twelve for One o’clock, in one lot, by order of the Directors.

The “OLD SHIP TAVERN,” No. 8, High-street, Rochester, let to Mr. Walters on a weekly tenancy at a low rent amounting to £14 19s. per annum; also a FREEHOLD MESSUAGE and SHOP, No. 7, High-street, Rochester, let to Mr. Finch, on a yearly tenancy, at £26 per annum.
