4 Fort Paragon

Not a lot known about this at present, but it appears to have been situated on the right hand side of what was once the "Fort Paragon Hotel," numbered 4, and being an hotel I am not certain whether it had a drinks license or if it did weather it was open to the public.

This was advertised as being a Private Hotel and Boarding House, Perfect Summer Resort and Winter Home. SPRING GROVE is delightfully situated at Cliftonville - the fashionable part of Margate, having an uninterrupted Sea View, front and back. It is on the best Promenade, leading both to the Extension and Flagstff, along the cliffs.
