Another one mentioned by the Deal History Society, but not much in the
way of information added to their list.
They give the address as being West Side and between the "Bohemian" and
the "Clarendon Hotel" which would place this somewhere between 47 and 51
Beach Street.
They also say it closed circa 2004 but give no indication of when it
opened for trade.

I had bed &
breakfast here in '66 with a gang of lads before catching the Dover
ferry for a camping holiday in France and Italy.
The hotel front, now known as Guildford House, has changed little
over the years and is clearly seen on the Google street cam.
Hope the details on the receipt (below) are of use for your archive.

From an email received 27 December 2014. Dear Sir or Madam,
I believe that my father, Walter George Baxter, may have worked at or
managed "Guildford House" 49 Beach Street Deal. This would have been
approximately between 1957 and 1969.
I have enclosed a photo that I have of him, he is on the right, in
front of the adjacent property.
If you may have knowledge of my Father, I would be happy to receive
any information, as he was estranged from my Mother and I.
