Owned by Frank Thorley as one of his nightclubs and originally called the "Thorley Free House." I am not yet sure when it opened or changed name.

It was once a very popular spot with its two for one offers and special ladies nights, and it even catered for the underage, with under 18 nights.

I am informed it closed in 2009.
