Ethelbert Crescent Margate
Not a lot known about this one at present, but the Thorley range of houses were owned by Frank Thorley and operating as early as 1989, but at present I don't know when he bought and opened this one. At some time the name was changed to simply "Franks," and was classed as a night club. Your help is appreciated.
