Consisting of a spacious, lofty, and well-lighted BAZAAR, with
Vaults beneath; a FREE PUBLIC-HOUSE, and several FREEHOLD
DWELLING-HOUSES, and old-established SHOPS and BUSINESS PREMISES,
all respectably tenanted and adjoining together, situate in the very
best part of the Town; being Nos. 27, 28, 29, and 30. in HIGH
STREET, and Nos. 1, 2. and 3, in QUEEN STREET, which, by direction

day of August, 1852, at the "York Hotel, in MARGATE, at Two for
Three o'clock in the Afternoon precisely,

Lot 3:- All those valuable and spacious premises, being Nos. 29 and
30, in High Street aforesaid, adjoining the last lot; comprising the
free licence house known as the "Railway Tavern," enjoying a
first-rate trade, and consisting of a commodious and well fitted
bar, next the street, with double entrance therefrom, bar parlour, coffee room,
two other sitting rooms, smoking room, 8 bed-rooms, kitchens,
convenient cellars, water closet, and other domestic offices; held
on a repairing lease by Mr. Tozer, at the low rate of £30 per annum.
Also the compact front show shop, commanding a good business in the
fancy trade, with a sitting room, two bedrooms, kitchen, &c., &c.,
for several years in the occupation of Mr. G. Atkinson, as yearly
tenants, at £20 per annum.
