I have found mention of this pub from a list of former pubs of Deal and Walmer at Deal library. Only information given is that it was destroyed in the war, however, the "Victoria" at 14 Gladstone Road, the same document says is closed, I believe was destroyed during the war and perhaps the writer is getting the two confused.

I believe this is actually referring to the "Old Victory Inn."
