Dartford Petty Sessions,

Jan. 2. Before J. Chapman, Esq., F. M. Lewin, Esq., and S. C. Umfreville, Esq. James Pryor, beershop keeper, living at Erith, was charged by inspector Moynahan for keeping his house open for the sale of beer at 12.30 p.m. on Sunday, 13th December.

Police constable R. 39 proved the case, and stated that he saw several persons in the house and that defendant had been cautioned before.

Fined £1 and costs.
