The name changed in 1828 to the "Liverpool Arms."

To be Sold by Private Contract, All that long established, and well known Public House, called the "Three Horse Shoes," with the Garden, Stabling, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate at Upper Deal, in the County of Kent, apposite the Church there, and now in the occupation of Mr. Richard Hayman, and of which possession may be had at Michaelmas next.
