Traced back to 1864 but possibly earlier, the building was originally called the "Victoria" but the name was extended to the "Queen Victoria" in the 1940s.

I believe the pub is closed but haven't been told a date as yet.

By 2016 the back area, if not all the premises had opened up as a nigh club and cocktail bar called "Lyfe Lounge." I say the back area as the front still seems to be boarded up, although with
