At the "Star Hotel," Maidstone, on Thursday, April 21st, 1842 at Four
for Fire o’clock precisely, by order of the Trustees of the late Mr.
Crisp, who have directed a positive sale of this remaining portion of
his estate, in 4 lots.
THE BREWERY is very compact, well-established, and with an extensive
trade, capable of doing 3,000 Barrels per annum. Attached is a very
comfortable and respectable Dwelling House, fit for a family, and every
requisite building adjoining for doing a good business with a small
capital. It is situate at Sutton Valence, 7 miles from Maidstone.
The "CHEQUERS INN," at Smarden, with chaise-houses, stables, a malting,
and a small quantity of land, situated immediately upon the line of the
South-Eastern Railway, and close to the company's intended station.
The "CHEQUERS INN," at Biddenden, with stables, chaise-houses,
outbuildings, and gardens.
Three small respectable well-built DWELLING HOUSES (to which is attached
a good beer and grocery trade), a good corn warehouse, granary, and
